Brian Willey

As Regional Director with Woodward Management Partners, Brian is responsible for leading a portfolio of Woodward owned and client relationship communities in the Atlanta area.  With over 27 years of industry experience, Brian’s core strengths are asset performance, team development, problem resolution, and client relations. Brian started his career as a Leasing Consultant and rapidly advanced to Regional Director.  He spent 9 years during his career in the role of Director of Business Development, where he was responsible for sourcing third-party management contracts for two nationally known property management companies.  Brian’s experience includes leadership of lease ups, stabilized assets of all classes, asset repositioning, and renovations; he also has experience with non-conventional assets. Brian is performance driven and dedicated to the goals and objectives of clients as well as the team members he supports.
