Carree Thomas

Carree joined Woodward in 2015 as a Leasing Agent and steadily advanced through multiple roles, including Community Director, before being promoted to Director of Human Resources. In her current role, she oversees all aspects of human resources across Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida, and supports strategic organizational development initiatives.

Throughout her career, Carree has been recognized for her leadership and commitment to excellence, earning Employee of the Year in 2018, Property of the Year in 2022, Community Director of the Year in 2024, and being selected as a company-wide mentor for new and emerging leaders. She is known for being people passionate, bringing warmth, empathy, and strong communication into every interaction. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources.
