Amanda Forist’s career began with Woodward Management Partners in March 2014 as a Leasing Professional. Demonstrating exceptional skills and dedication to her role, Amanda quickly progressed and was promoted to the position of Assistant Property Manager in 2015. Her ability to lead and manage effectively was further recognized, and in February 2016, she earned the role of Community Director. Throughout her tenure with Woodward Management, Amanda consistently demonstrated her expertise in the industry, exemplified by her accolade as the Community Director of the year in 2020. Her exemplary performance and leadership qualities have been instrumental in the success of the properties under her management. In June 2023, Amanda’s efforts and accomplishments were once again rewarded with a significant promotion to the esteemed position of Regional Community Director. In her current role, she assumes the critical responsibility of overseeing and managing the staffing and training of onsite personnel across multiple properties. She also spearheads the development and execution of effective marketing strategies tailored to each property, ensuring maximum exposure and occupancy rates. Amanda is actively involved in organizing and supervising capital projects, emphasizing a commitment to maintaining and enhancing the properties under her purview. Her astute financial acumen comes into play as she conducts comprehensive budget analyses, ensuring optimal financial performance and profitability for each property.
