Ben Barteaux

Ben Barteaux joined Woodward Management Partners in December 2018 as the manager of Mariposa Lofts Apartments.  Prior to his promotion as Regional Community Director in 2022, Mr. Barteaux successfully managed three communities for Woodard Management Partner. Mr. Barteaux manages staffing and training of our onsite personal, marketing strategies for each property, organizes and supervises capital projects, budget analysis, and ensures the overall income profitability of each property. He has over 14 years of property management experience overseeing properties in Georgia, Illinois, and New Jersey. Ben has overseen value add programs as well as successful new development lease ups. Prior to joining Woodward Management, Mr. Barteaux served as Property Manager for several management firms including McCaffery Interests, Edgewood Properties, and Executive Affiliates.
