Callie Beshers joined Woodward Management Partners in May 2025 as Regional Director, bringing with her 20 years of multifamily industry experience. In her current role, Callie oversees a portfolio of communities across Georgia and South Carolina. Her responsibilities include staffing and training oversight, property-specific marketing strategies, capital project coordination, budget analysis, and ensuring the overall profitability and operational success of each asset under her management.

Prior to joining Woodward Management Partners, Callie served as a Regional Director for seven years, where she managed multiple Class A communities throughout the Southeast. Her background includes a strong focus on new development and lease-up properties, with a proven track record of driving performance and value.
