Cory Cooper

Cory began his career as a groundskeeper/porter right out of high school. He filled various roles of progressive scope in the multi-family industry for the past 24 years, working for established multi-family companies such as Lane Company, Alliance Residential, Stonemark, Bell Partners, and most recently as the Director of Maintenance and Capital Projects with LMS Investment Management. Cory’s career evolution has been a direct result of his strong leadership, organized and structured approach to maintenance operations, and a well defined system for project management within asset preservation and value add programs. Cory has experience across a range of asset classes, having held positions in Class A, B, and C portfolios, Affordable and Tax Credit programs. He has also worked with mid-rise, high rise, and garden style building construction.
