Don Donahue

Don Donahue is responsible for overseeing service and preventative maintenance activities throughout the Woodward portfolio. Beyond this, Don serves as a leader and mentor for our Community Service Directors.  Don joined Woodward Management Partners in 2019 as a maintenance supervisor and was promoted to Regional Service Director in 2022. Don has over 25 years’ experience in the service and maintenance field and has worked for outstanding companies in Georgia and North Carolina. Don has been awarded Maintenance Supervisor of the Year four times in his career, and Employee of the Year two times for outstanding performance. Don works by his motto Mission first, questions second. Don has spent over a quarter of his life defending our country in the United States Army, fighting in war and combat zones, and receiving numerous awards and two honorable discharges.
