Yana Dismukes

Yana joined Woodward Management in 2023 as an Assistant Manager , where she was recognized as Rookie of the Year for her performance.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing.  With over 10 years of experience in property management, she earned her CAM license from the National Apartment Association in 2025, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing professional growth. Yana was then promoted to Community Director and now serves as Woodward’s Systems Support Specialist.  In her current role, Yana leverages her industry expertise and passion for helping others to support operational excellence across the organization. She is known for her positive attitude, and commitment to assisting team members and communities wherever needed.
