Douglas C. Trivers

As Chief Financial Officer, Doug is responsible for all the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, tax, investor reporting, evaluating capital improvement projects, and monitoring the operating performance of our properties. He also participates in our due diligence and closing activities.

A recognized leader in the multifamily housing industry, Doug offers a tremendous amount of insight into our operations and provides a strategic approach for identifying business and financial issues, while formulating fiscally responsive solutions towards maximizing performance.

Prior to joining Inwood in 2024, Doug spent 20 years with Housing Systems, Inc., ultimately serving as President and Chief Financial Officer for this Atlanta based owner & manager of affordable housing, with locations throughout the United States.

Earlier in his career, Doug spent several years with the CPA firm, Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP., now known as Aprio, LLP.

Doug earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business with a concentration in accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Georgia.
