Heather Radford

Heather Radford is responsible for overseeing the daily operations in the Dunwoody and Alpharetta neighborhoods of Atlanta. Ms. Radford joined Woodward Management Partners in February 2019 as a Property Manager at the largest property in the Woodward portfolio. She was promoted to her position of Regional Community Director in 2022. She has over 26 years of property management experience in Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama, Nebraska, and Minnesota. In her career Heather has overseen major rehabilitation projects, value add programs, on site corporate housing, acquisitions, and sales. Ms. Radford manages staffing and training of our onsite personal, process improvements, marketing strategy for each property, organizes and supervises capital projects, contract negotiation, budget analysis, and ensures the overall income profitability of each property. Prior to joining Woodward Management Partners, Ms. Radford served as Property Manager, Area Manager and Regional Manager with reputable management firms including Korman Communities, Lane Company, Executive Affiliates, Trinity Management Partners, and First Communities. She received her CAM designation in 2003 from NAA. Over Ms. Radford’s career she has been recognized with Manager of the Year and Property of the Year awards. Heather was Rookie of the Year in 2020 with Woodward.
