Isaac Kinard

Isaac Kinard joined the Inwood Holdings team in 2024 as Controller. Prior to joining Inwood, Isaac spent five years as a Senior Accountant and then Controller for Housing Systems Inc. (HSI), a developer & manager of multi-family product, with properties located throughout the United States. Prior to HSI, Isaac held positions of Finance Manager, Controller, Senior Accountant, and Commercial Loan Officer, during a 13-year tenure at Bank of America.

Mr. Kinard earned his undergraduate degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and his Masters in Business Administration from Georgia State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia, and a Certified Management Accountant.
