Isaac Kinard

Isaac Kinard joined the Inwood Holdings team in 2024 as Controller. Prior to joining Inwood, Isaac spent five years as a Senior Accountant and then Controller for Housing Systems Inc., a manager of affordable housing with locations throughout the United States. Prior to HSI, Isaac held positions of Finance Manager, Controller, Senior Accountant, and Commercial Loan Officer, including a 13-year tenure at Bank of America. Isaac is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia and a Certified Management Accountant.

Isaac earned his undergraduate degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Masters in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
