Jamarius Hand

Jamarius Hand is a multi-faceted multi–family Professional who joined Woodward in 2022.  Starting his career in 2012 with Carroll Management Group as a Regional Operational Support Manager, he worked hard and grew in his role later obtaining the opportunity to join Yardi as a Support Specialist. He later became a Property Accountant, where he also managed accounts in the Student Housing, Co-Living, and Commercial sectors. Before joining Woodward, Jamarius worked for Bridge Investment Group as a Financial Property Analyst. He is now responsible for Systematic Administration and Operational Support at Woodward as well as aiding in the roll-out of new initiatives that enhance both on-site and residential experiences with our Woodward communities.
