With over 20 years of experience in the multi-housing service industry, Jerson Diaz has established himself as a dedicated and knowledgeable leader. Starting his career in 1999 as a groundskeeper, Jerson has worked his way up through the ranks to become a Regional Service Director, honing his expertise in a wide range of communities—from lease-ups to bank-owned properties, and from AA-rated to more challenging environments.

Jerson’s career has been shaped by hands-on experience, with much of his education coming from on-the-job training and specialized Residential Construction Management courses at Gwinnett Technical School. His diverse background allows him to approach every property with a comprehensive understanding of both operational and maintenance needs, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
