Kelly Dill

Kelly has over 20+ years of industry experience working for small to large market property management companies including Johnson Development, Greystar and First Communities. Prior to joining Woodward Management Partners in August 2020, she dedicated eight years to Chartwell Management as a Regional Director where she oversaw properties in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. Kelly’s career portfolio includes property management, financial analysis, marketing, and organizational restructuring with a focus on community retention and resident experience. Within her tenure at Chartwell, she was recognized numerous times as an NOI steward, and received several Property of the Year awards. Kelly holds an active property management license in South Carolina and has her CAM designation from NAA.
