Kinta Hamilton is an exceptional professional with nearly two decades of experience in the multi-family industry. Having spent six successful years as a Service Director at Woodward, he has shown a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity in every aspect of his work. His responsibilities encompass structural investigations, department and contract oversight, safety management, inventory replenishment, and employee performance assessment and training.  In 2021, he received well-deserved recognition as Maintenance Director of the Year, a testament to his dedication and exceptional leadership.
