Morgan Reeves

Morgan Reeves was promoted to Director of Training & Development in 2022 and is responsible for developing and designing training curriculum and initiatives, conducting seminars, workshops, and tactile training events, and coaching and developing team members. She also oversees Edge to Learn training initiatives, enhances Woodward’s social media and digital presence, and helps create ways to enhance the Woodward culture. She has 16 years of experience in sales and customer service with 11 years in the multi-family industry. She is passionate about the growth and empowerment of people. Morgan joined Woodward Management Partners in 2015 as a Leasing Specialist at Highlands at Sugarloaf and was promoted within 1 year to Assistant Community Director, then Community Director in 2016. She continued her onsite career in New Construction Lease-Ups in the Gwinnett Market and assisted with five successful new development properties, which is where she fell in love with training, development, and social media management. Morgan was Community Director of the Year in 2021.
