Tammy Marks

Tammy was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2017 and is responsible for designing marketing materials and campaigns, website operations, training, social media/reputation management, and also assists in transitioning new properties into the Woodward portfolio. She brings 17 years of experience in customer service and sales industry with 11 years in the multi-family industry. She also has experience in graphic design and event planning. Tammy joined Woodward Management Partners in 2008 as a Leasing Consultant at Lullwater at Calumet Apartments where she later became the Assistant Property Manager. She then went on to manage two successful lease-ups, one being The Leonard Apartments in Grant Park, leasing up the property in a five-month period. Tammy was Property Manager of the Year in 2015
