Tracy Echols

Tracy joined Woodward Management Partners in January of 2022 as the manager of Estates at Brentwood in Brentwood, Tennessee. In December of 2024, she joined the Accounting Team at the Corporate Office as an accounts payable specialist.

Tracy began her career in property management in 2005 as a part-time resident manager at a small community in Charlotte, NC. In 2015, she worked full time as an Assistant Manager and was promoted to Property Manager within 3 months.
